Mr. Perry has over 24 years of experience in the self-storage industry, serving most of his career as a REIT executive. Prior to the launch of Alpha Storage Properties, Mr. Perry served as President and Chief Investment Officer at Jernigan Capital (NYSE: JCAP) overseeing all investment and asset management activities of the company. Prior to JCAP, Perry served as Chief Investment Officer of CubeSmart (NYSE: CUBE), where he was responsible for executing the company’s external growth initiatives – acquisitions, development, joint ventures and third-party management. During his tenure, Perry led over $4.0 billion of storage transactions.
Prior to joining CubeSmart, Mr. Perry served as a partner and Senior Vice President of Jernigan Property Group, LLC a Memphis based company that acquired, operated and disposed of self-storage facilities across the United States. From 1998 to April 2004 he held various finance and real estate related positions at Storage USA (NYSE: SUS) and its successor GE Capital Real Estate.
In this role, Mr. Fisackerly oversees accounting, financial reporting, property finance and treasury functions.
Prior to joining Alpha Storage Properties in 2021, Mr. Fisackerly most recently served as VP Financial Reporting and Corporate Controller for Jernigan Capital, Inc., a Public REIT specializing in the development of Class A self-storage assets. Mr. Fisackerly began his career with KPMG where he spent six years, last holding the role of Audit Manager.
Mr. Fisackerly earned a Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University. He is an active CPA in the state of Tennessee.

In this role, Mr. Shore provides oversight of the operating performance of the assets in the portfolio. He is responsible for the review, analysis, and evaluation of existing and new self-storage investments.
Prior to joining Alpha Storage Properties in 2021, Mr. Shore had over 25 years of real estate operational experience, particularly in the self-storage sector. Most recently he served as the Managing Director for Self-Storage at Kayne Anderson, the Eastern Region Business Development Manager for Centershift Software, a key software provider to the self-storage industry. Prior to Centershift, he held several operational management roles in the self-storage industry, both Public REIT and private, including Vice President of Operations for OB Companies, Regional Manager for U-Store-It, and Regional Manager for Public Storage.
Mr. Shore earned a B.S. and an M.S. in Education from Temple University.
